Well, you've done it again Gordon. I've just counted the number of transactions we have concluded with you and it is 6, both buying and selling, apart from the property transactions you have satisfactorily concluded for our sons Brad and James. Once again you were spot on with your valuation and were able to sell the property in about 4 weeks in a declining market, with minimal cost. As always, you were honest with one prospective buyer who wasn't prepared to make a decision for another week, by telling them you had a buyer who wanted to proceed and that you didn't think the property would be available at that time. Obviously the unsuccessful buyer must have thought you were just another agent trying to get a better price for their vendor. We have been around long enough to accept that "A BIRD IN THE HAND"and that your honesty and integrity was beyond question.
