One savvy woman
Cherie came recommended to us so 8pm that evening we called her. Next day Cherie and her omnicapable assistant Jane, came to my Newport home to chat about the overwhelming adventure I was about to take on... Sell my biggest asset... my family home. The girls were amazing. Together we constructed a plan a price a time frame, all with a continual emphasis on what I was most comfortable with... Jane gave me some invaluable tips suggestions and gentle encouragment on presentation, whilst Cherie professionally, empathetically and in her business savvy way sorted the rest.. We advertised on the Friday and SOLD it on the following Wednesday... For the price Cherie had recommended. Amazing... Honestly the best business or real estate experience I've ever known... Working with Gordon Spring on selling our home was a great experience. Right from the start, Gordon put us at ease and assured us that he would do his best to get us the price we wanted. And he did exactly that! HIs team were outstanding in how they marketed our property and always gave us prompt feedback. As Gordon has 2 agencies, we felt that I had a team of people working to sell our home from both the Collaroy office and the Newport office. Each and every member of his team were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with. I was getting calls almost daily in the first 2 weeks with private viewing appointments to show our home, even before we went to market! If the house wasn't quiet ready, they even offered to get there early to straighten up, fluff up the pillows and turn the lights on - Wow! That was impressive teamwork! However, it was Gordon himself who showed our home each week at the open and communicated almost daily with us on how things were progressing. We felt like we were part of the "team". Gordon worked hard to get the right family in our home for the right price. I admire Gordon's honest and up front approach to selling family homes. He is, without a doubt, the best agent in the area, who will get you the best price for your house. But most of all, I appreciate the way that Gordon cares most about the people (both the buyers and the sellers) he is working with. Thank you Gordon for making selling our home a positive experience. It means a lot that you care about the people and relationships created along the way.
