From the moment I contacted Josh at LJ hooker Old Bar the service was outstanding. He arrived for our first meeting with his practice partner which straight away showed professionalism as I was assured that every member of there team would be working to secure the sale of our property at the highest price possible and in the quickest time. Time was of the essence due to the house needing to be sold to pay for my fathers entry into a nursing home, and Josh delivered exactly that even in a declining buyers market, due to rising interest rates. At all times he went the proverbial extra mile to help me in any way possible which was so very helpful as trying to sell a house living 4 hours drive away is difficult to say the least. Josh and his Old Bar Hooker team secured my father the top price of the price range they gave me on there first appraisal visit. Note this was some $50,000 dollars more than the second appraisal I received! I also know after meeting the person who bought our home that Josh and Adam went to exceptional lengths to guide her while looking at properties and with there many years of area and industry knowledge guided her to look at our property aftershe had looked at others even though it did not meet her full criteria of what she wanted. In the end there wisdom and professionalism ensured that she found her dream home, these are her words not mine.
