We cannot speak highly enough of Adam
Right from the first day we met him we knew were in very capable hands and felt comfortable in his hands. We were so reassured that he would sell our much loved home with the utmost professionalism. He was true to his word and found a buyer two weeks from being on the market which is incredible. It is without a doubt that we would highly recommend Adam Stevenson to anyone thinking about selling their property. We wish Adam all the very best for the future and looking forward to seeing the beautiful renos.

A great welcome to Old Bar
After driving from Tweed Heads to take a look at Old Bar I called into the LJ Hooker office after seeing an interesting property online which I was keen to look at. Despite my old shorts and t-shirt Adam arranged an inspection for the following day. Adam had good knowledge of the property during the inspection then after worked with the vendor and I to agree on a price and settlement. I had planned to sell in Sydney before buying in Old Bar however the property is a perfect fit and quite lovely.

Local , passion
To all who may have dealings with Adam, This must take time , as he patianly did with us . If it is old bar , wallabi point or surrounds this agents passion for this area comes from within ... he lives here with his ever growing family , he grew up in the local area as a kid with a very respectful family , and is doing all he can to make this wonderful and diverse area a place in which we all can enjoy 😊 its magnificent surrounds . Adam helped our family relocate here and buy on a small acreage in which we have lived for 3.5 years . We felt it was time to get further into the oldbar community and closer to the school for our son and to grow his circle of friends through sports. Adam has just sold our home far exceeding our expectations, and secured a block of land for us to start our new dream project in wallibi point , throughout this process I have not been in any extreme trouble from my wife and she As I am, definitely happy that we are getting everything she wants . Absolute Breeze!
Selling our home was truly a breeze with Adam. Within the first week he had brought the buyers to us, negotiated and sold. Constant communication was a stand out quality. If we ever called him when he was out of the office he would ALWAYS return our call without fail and fast. Very understanding and 'on the ball'!. A real pleasure and great experience.
We met Adam from LJ Hooker Old Bar at the house we wanted to sell. He was prompt, gave good advice and did not put any pressure on the discussion. He was happy with and recommended we seek second opinions on any advice he gave. We did and found his advice to be sound. Adam provided several practical options and explained all simply enough for us to understand. We selected Adam and LJ Hooker to sell our house in Old Bar and we found it very satisfying and painless to go through. Communication was great and we cannot remember having to call Adam first to get any information or an update on progress.
