He says we'll make it happen. That has been true for us 5 times over the years, and he has to do the same twice more. Having sold and bought many properties, we have dealt with other agents too. The difference was in the end result, I no longer care about who says what, they all can talk, all real estate agents can talk for days, but this one walked the walk too. David handled the sale of our mother's home when she entered a nursing home. This was complicated by her passing a few days prior to the auction and could have incurred substantial additional costs for us. Through David's efficiency and knowledge during this very difficult time for us, we achieved a very good result and a lot of the worries were taken off our shoulders. From the beginning of the campaign David kept us well informed and when we needed tradesmen to do some clean-up work, removals etc. David had a number of options to make this easy for us.
