First rate experience
David handled the sale of our mother's home when she entered a nursing home. This was complicated by her passing a few days prior to the auction and could have incurred substantial additional costs for us. Through David's efficiency and knowledge during this very difficult time for us, we achieved a very good result and a lot of the worries were taken off our shoulders. From the beginning of the campaign David kept us well informed and when we needed tradesmen to do some clean-up work, removals etc. David had a number of options to make this easy for us. We would have no hesitation in using him again.

Outstanding service every step of the way!
Lush's knowledge of the market was excellent. Covid conditions made this a particularly challenging time to be auctioning our home and to keep up with changes in market conditions, but Lush always seemed to be 'on the ball', and a great guide. He kept us constantly up-dated, made sure we got information and was always accessible to talk with. He manner was professional and respectful as well as friendly and personal.
