Choose Lush and the LJH team at Padstow
I was happy I chose LJH in Padstow to sell my property. The sale went smoothly and we were happy with the end result which was negotiated very professionally and with integrity, particularly having Lush Pillay as our agent and overseeing everything we couldn't have asked for more. The commission price was also very reasonable compared to other agents in the area but at the end of the day we were looking for quality and this is what we received. It was also a particularly stressful time personally for me and Lush's obvious care and thoughtfulness really shone through. I was so happy with Lush and his very capable team that they are now looking after my investment property and doing a great job also. I feel the care and attention they gave was second to none and would not hesitate to recommend Padstow LJH and in particularly Lush PIllay as the agent to choose for any of your real estate needs. The winner is... ME!!!
It the grand final.. Scores are locked.. 30seconds to go.. And Lush calls for the ball. Game over, I win!! But seriously, I won when I chose Lush and his team to manage and market my property in Padstow. His marketing plan, professionalism, customer service and attitude was second to none. Lush and his PA Jamie were curious, friendly, and honestly a pleasure to work with. At no stage did Lush give us faulse expectations, and his honesty and integrity ensured we moved forward with a great marketing plan which resulted in a sale price which exceeded our expectations. I would, and have already recommended Lush (and his team at LJ Hooker Padstow), to friends and neighbours looking to sell, or capitalise. Lush has not only kicked goals for me recently with the sale of my Padstow property, but is still kicking goals for me, by recommending colleagues interstate for the sale of my investment property. He really is a great guy, and a great agent!
