I was happy I chose LJH in Padstow to sell my property. The sale went smoothly and we were happy with the end result which was negotiated very professionally and with integrity, particularly having Lush Pillay as our agent and overseeing everything we couldn't have asked for more. The commission price was also very reasonable compared to other agents in the area but at the end of the day we were looking for quality and this is what we received. It was also a particularly stressful time personally for me and Lush's obvious care and thoughtfulness really shone through. I was so happy with Lush and his very capable team that they are now looking after my investment property and doing a great job also. I feel the care and attention they gave was second to none and would not hesitate to recommend Padstow LJH and in particularly Lush PIllay as the agent to choose for any of your real estate needs.
