We couldn't have had a better Agent!
Although the process of selling and getting the right price was stressful we thoroughly enjoyed our experience because Lush kept the entire process professional, transparent and honest. Lush kept us updated consistently of any and all progress, We never chased Lush or his team for any updates or things that needed to be done. The marketing campaign was very good and Lush worked hard for us in getting us at the end a price we just couldn't not believe. We would not hesitate to recommend Lush Pillay to anyone serious about selling their home. We would certainly sell with Lush again.

The Man for the job
Our unique position is that we bought from Lush and we got him to sell our property at a later stage. As far as the basics are concerned all is good. He does his home work, knows his role, and is active. Now the bit that sets him apart is that, he genuinely helps. Even at times when we did not have a property to sell, we went to him for advise and he was generous with his time, and what he said was on the mark, in sync with reality. Then we asked for a very high target, and he pulled a rabbit out of the hat. Great. So we asked him to do it again, and its like there is a rabbit farm in the hat. Next time we'll ask for the world record..
