Being interstate vendors and looking for a streamlined approach that achieved the best financial outcome for us whilst minimising the inconvenience to our tenant (ie kept them on side!), the sales strategy Dave & Jordy presented ticked a lot of boxes. They coordinated getting the property sale ready within a tight timeline and negotiated a sell price quickly that was within our price range. Dave was a true professional. I don’t often see it these days in the industry and it definitely bodes well for his clients and buyers. He gets it done, doesn’t try and dance around if there is an issue. I think more agents could take a leaf out of Dave’s book.
