We found Sharon to be the exact fit for us. She has a wealth of knowledge in every part of real estate sales and very professional whilst also being so considerate to our needs and any queries are quickly answered. She is very organized and always does exactly what she says that she will do. It has been a pleasure to deal with her and both Rod and myself would recommend her to anyone.

Jo was a great agent for the sale of our first home. We were needing a fast sale and had a figure we needed to hit. We were selling in a hard market. Jo understood what we needed and gave us clarity from the start of the campaign we could achieve the price we needed. She is very hard working and as soon as we had a real buyer she worked to ensure they were completely informed to be comfortable to make an offer. During under offer phase she worked diligently with the buyers and ourselves to arrange all the conditions and inspections ensuring the buyers were given the access they needed and confidence the property was what they were expecting.

This isn't the first time I have used Dale, to be fair, I have used him on all my purchases and sales. What I like about Dale is his genuine and authentic approach. Not the pushy agent that the industry seems to generate. This time around was around the time Albo announced his reforms and destroyed the housing market. We had one sale, but finance fell through. All through this Dale was positive minded, determined and focused on getting a result. I cannot recommend Dale enough. Whenever I sell, purchase I will be using Dale again.

From the first meeting, Helen was a delight to work with. She went the extra mile, meeting us at unusual times and she kept us informed every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, honest and transparent. I wouldn’t consider using any other agent in the future. Helen is the best!
