Are you selling or buying property? I recently sold two properties within weeks of each other. Helen was my sales person for the second property. My biggest regret is that I didn’t engage her for my first property as well as I was very disappointed in the other agent and the end result re the price that was negotiated and the lack of customer service. Helen’s communication and negotiating skills were superior and no stone was left unturned, she kept me informed as the seller the whole way through the process in fact I felt like she held my hand during a very stressful time. Helen worked with my own furniture and assisted me with decluttering and transformed my home by her flair for styling and design which helped me achieve a premium price above my expectation. Helen also both found and helped me purchase my new home and I’m thrilled to say I absolutely love it.
