We had a great experience with David. His communication is second to none and he ensured we were always kept abreast of the situation no matter which house we were looking at. In particular, the house we bought we felt that there was a no nonsense approach to getting the deal across the line and David even went out of his way to arrange an early inspection of the property by my heavily pregnant wife. After observing David Lonies track record of sales in our street and area over the years he was the obvious choice for us when it came time to sell our property. David was fantastic to deal with, always punctual, very reliable, and is an excellent communicator. We were impressed with his professional approach throughout the whole process. Our property was set to go Auction, however David was able to achieve a great result for us after the first weekend of open houses after clear evidence suggested it was a premium price. I shortlisted 3 agents from our area and met with all of them. Leanne was the only one who listened to my requirements. Leanne is highly respected among the other agents in our area - which cannot be said for most other agents in the area. Leanne was very professional, kind, courteous, friendly, understanding of the stresses of inspections and was excellent and prompt with all communications. I cannot recommend Leanne more highly.
