After buying our new house at Coomabah I decided not to give Mason a 5 star review because he really deserves at least a 6 star review!! Mason and his wonderful staff were very helpful in all the areas of purchasing our new house. The made the process which I was not looking forward too,as simple and less stressful as I could have hoped for!! He was good to his word in every department. He responded to all our questions promptly and politely. Did not get frustrated with our silly questions and requests. He worked well to get a good and fair result as us buyers and the sellers. No high pressure tactics just straightforward dealings. We appreciated his efforts so much that we hired him to sell our old house which he did quickly with a minimum amount of fuss...so once again if you are looking at buying or selling I can not recommend Mason and his wonderful team more highly!!! Thank you very much Mason 🙂💥

I have known Mason for over 15 years and he is one of the most honest real estate agents I know. He provides realistic appraisals, that are in touch with the market; provides exceptional buying advice if you ask and goes beyond all reasonable measures to assist you on your buying or selling journey. Unlike many agents in the industry, there are no inflated selling prices to try and win your business, followed by the inevitable recommendation to lower your price or go to auction. Mason just provides honest advice on what your property is worth and then he leaves it to you to make your choice. If you want advice on how to get a better price, he will tell you how to pretty your house up. If you want a new investment property he will inform you on the areas to buy. So on and so on. Mason is a real estate agent that you can trust, and an agent I will continue to buy and sell through. To Mason, as always, another enjoyable experience. Thankyou.

My experience with Mason and his team from LJ Hooker Paradise Point has been nothing but Out standing! Mason's skills and knowledge has produced a record price for my duplex in Coombabah. Mason and his team had it under contract at the first open house. Mason is a friendly, happy and driven realestate agent. I have no problem with recommending him to sell a property.

Selling our property was a daunting process to get our head around however working with Mason Niari and Mitch Humphries from LJ Hooker made this process much easier. Mason listened to our requests and worked with us on a personal approach. Both showed professionalism, market knowledge of the suburb and both were efficient and consistent with their communication. A special thanks to Mitch who showed genuine care and support during a family moment in the process of the sale. To Mason and his team Thank you

I had three different agencies pitch to sell my home, their pitch knocked out the competition by far, I was very impressed with their reviews and I am honestly thrilled with their results, they worked hard and continued to work until the sale went unconditional. Their advice was constructive, their cost was substantially less than the others, they listed my home for a great price and managed to get a higher sale price than what was listed. I highly recommend this team!
