Before choosing a Real estate agent, I know we should do some research, about the office, the Principal, the Agent. My choice was to find someone who knows perfectly his market, his clients, and who has put his numerous signboards in the area I was listing my property. So I did ! All the sold, and for sale signs were probably every corner I was looking. Who needs to do intensive research on the persona, when the proof is right in front of your eyes, when driving ? Of course you see the face of a smiley handsome gentleman, pictures can sometime disguise the real face. Well when meeting Mason at a first glance, I saw the straightforward person, with a strong personality, and a genuine smile. I saw a confident, proud Principal, Agent, Vendor. After listening to his conversation, I gave myself a day for reflection. Mason did not call me or pressure me for the next step, and I really appreciated him knowing to give some space for an important decision to hand him my property. Well done Mason !
