Made leasing easy.
I approached LJ Hooker Penrith to look after the leasing of my apartment since they initially sold the apartment to me years before and know the area. As a first time owner leasing out my property, I wasn't completely sire what to do but Melissa and co from LJ Hooker explained everything very clearly, were incredibly friendly and made the process as easy as possible. Their pricing and portion of the rent was more than reasonable too! Will happily recommend to anyone looking for a leasing agent in Penrith area.

Professional and Affordable
They are very competent managing our property. They are affordable but not cheap in how they do the job. Melissa was excellent in providing contacts for renovations to make our unit rental ready.

Indispensible people to deal with.
As a landlord I have been dealing with Kirsten of LJH for a few years now. She does a wonderful job of managing my property with regular prperty inspections an reports in order to maintain it and ensuring the tennants are geting value for money while I get the returns I expect.

Still haven’t received a call for our lights outside pls
The lights still not on but the house is a very good house , just a few things that wasn’t packed away , moving in a new house it’s home to everyone but if there’s things around that needed to be cleared it shouldn’t be there . But other than that house been really nice and warm , quiet too thanks
