When I applied for a property, most real estates have a turnaround time of a week or 2 to decline or accept you. LJ Hooker Penrith was the easiest Real Estate without any dramas, I applied for the property and I had an answer within 2/3 days. The bond was paid and within a week of applying I had the keys to my new place to call home. Upon signing the lease agreement, I was given a very nice welcome basket which I have never had from any Real Estate when signing up so it was a very nice surprise

My experience with Melissa ,Ella and Tara was fantastic. My unit flooded in the torrential rain. The water was not draining fast enough from the verandah. Melissa and the team were extremely proactive and fast as well as efficient in getting thing fixed . Constant good communication was paramount.

From the moment I looked at the property I have had nothing but excellent service. The team are professional and super friendly. The lease signing was excellent and they gave me a welcome gift that made me feel important. I have had some issues with the property and the team has been wonderful in arranging repairs and chasing up tradesmen. Every email I have sent has been replied in a timely manner. The team are the best agents I’ve ever had. They are committed to outstanding customer service. They look after their tenants, making the rental experience as smooth as possible. If I ever have to move I’d love to stay with this team.

I’m used to having bad real estates in the past,not getting emergency things fixed but Tara is amazing !! She went above and beyond to help me and my kids. Previous house was riddled with mould threw a different real estate, They get things done straight away and they make you feel welcomed. Wish there was more agencies that Treat you like a human being and don’t look down on you because your tenant. Good job L.j Hooker you’re the best ! And Tara of course Highly Recommend them
