We had a great experience with Nyree right from the start. She is a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions about selling our first home. Her team are well educated and the communication was impeccable. Such a smooth transition for something that can be quite stressful. I’d definitely recommend Nyree and her team.

Karen and her team were engaged to sell our property. Her entire team are very friendly and easy to engage with. Our sale process didn’t go as intended with the initial agent sale expectations not coming to fruition, a 17.5% difference in the end to the lower price band.

After discussing what our potential new home would comprise of at an open home hosted by Ming, she arranged an off market inspection of an apartment soon to be listed. We both felt very comfortable after our viewing and with Ming's help were able to negotiate a contract within a matter of days. We are eagerly awaiting settlement and the start of the next phase of our lives. Thank you Ming.
