Nyree is a straight shooter, professional and honest. We gave her a figure we wanted our property to sell for and she beat that figure and sold it on the first open home. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Would use Nyree’s services again if needed.

Courtney Brown has sold multiple homes for us with AMAZING results. She tells it as it is and works hard for both her sellers and the buyers to get a great result in the end. We recently sold our house at the first open home - 5pm and sold by 6pm and the result was way above what we expected.

My experience with Ming has been seamless. From the beginning Ming has cared about my wellbeing and put her heart into ensuring that my experience with one of the biggest decisions and changes in life went smooth and worry free. Even when I was getting stressed her approach was calm and honest. She is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to sell a property in Cleveland. She knows the market and her professionalism and personality will only result in a fantastic experience.

Nyree was absolutely amazing in our sale of our family units. EAsy to communicate with, easy to ask ANY question, and kept fully aware during the entire process.

Peter had sold us a property in the past and we were so impressed with the comprehensive and genuine service that we asked him to sell for us this time. Peter is more than a sales agent, he’s a project manager of the sale. He coordinated every aspect from first meeting to settlement including connecting us with solicitors, mortgage brokers, building/pest inspectors, the lot! It has been an effortless experience with a most positive outcome and we couldn’t be happier.

We used Nyree to sell our house because of how impressed we were with her when we bought the house and it turned out to be a great decision. We were kept informed at all stages and felt well advised. We would highly recommend.

Rachael has excellent market knowledge and communication skills. Rachael went out of her way to ensure the sale of my place was achieved without any problems or stress. I am housebound & have trust issues so having an Agent willing to liaise with Conveyor was beyond my expectations. All visits by anyone where notified days in advance and Rachael attended all to prevent me stressing out. I would recommend Rachael to anyone, and in particular to people who have had a bad experience with other Agents, as she will treat you as a person not just a dollar sign.

Paul was very good to work with. He was always keeping me updated with how things were going. Help me negotiate the process. Would absolutely recommend Paul and use again.

Peter has been so accommodating from our very first contact all the way through the process of purchasing our new home. Very communicative, always happy to help explain, one of the truely honest agents you can trust to be transparent with you. Not only has Peter negotiated on our behalf, allowed us after hours contact and put us at ease by sharing his vast knowledge having been in the business so long but he does it all with a smile on his face and with great humour. It’s been a pleasure doing business with Peter and we hope to engage his expertise in selling our old house when that time comes too. We couldn’t recommend him more.
