Great experience and easily contactable!
Nyree was exceptional to work with. She was very quick with providing paperwork, and providing us with contact from the seller as needed. When I called, she was always quick to call either myself, or my partner back and worked closely with us, and the tenants currently in the property to allow us to feel comfortable and supported through the entire experience. I would happily work with Nyree again.

Great and Easy Experience!

Mount Cotton's Best
We met Corinne around 6 years ago when we were deciding to either sell or rent our home as we had upsized. We rented it out and for the past few years, kept in contact with Corinne to see what the market was doing and what the property was worth. We finally decided to sell and got the keys back on a Wednesday from the rental agent and went through the property with Corinne. She told us what we needed to do to go to market but also said she had a few buyers which could be interested and she would organise a private inspection for them first. The property was under contract by Saturday, then unconditional in less than a week. We are over the moon with the price, how quick and stress free it was, and we didn’t have to go to market! Corinne doesn’t promise you the earth. She tells it like it is, and then does everything she can to get the best result. She is brilliant with her communication and at no stage are you left wondering what is happening. Corinne not only looks after her sellers and buyers, but the Mount Cotton community as well, always hands on helping at, or sponsoring community events. She is not like any other real estate agent you will ever meet, very capable and professional, but also extremely funny. It’s always fantastic working with Corinne and we would never use anyone else.

THE BEST AGENT EVER!!
Corinne really has set the standard HIGH for all other agents. She is so kind, caring and thoughtful. Corinne has gone above and beyond for our family and has done everything requested and more. I love that she is very open and honest and also treats you as a friend rather then ‘just another client’ I commend Corinne on her expertise and dedication to realestate, working with people and her knowledge of the local area is outstanding! The Mount Cotton Maestro
What can we say about Corinne (that she wouldn't have already said about herself ;-) Seriously tho - Corinne is the bomb. As far as we can tell she knows every single person and the history of every single dwelling in the Mt Cotton postcode. Uber positive and enthusiastic, crosses every "i" and dots every "t" and cant keep her off the phone - for all the right reasons. Keeps in touch constantly and you always know exactly what is going on in the process. The ultimate professional whilst also being a load of fun. When - upon successful completion of the deal - we foolishly asked if she would like to be our first choice when selling another property elsewhere, the response was: "Well DUH, who else you gonna call?"
