I contacted Corinne to request a valuation as we were considering selling in the future, knowing she was the predominant agent in the area and would have a log of buyers. Also the house across the street was just sold by her for a good price. She did indeed have buyers who were ready to act and although I was possibly not ready due to my natural desire to take things slow, next thing I knew the house was sold and we were talking settlement dates. In hindsight I am glad it all happened quickly as I need decisions made for me sometimes and now we are all in our new locale ready getting ready to start fresh in 2022!
