Our investment unit had to be sold. It was costing us money as it was empty ie no rental income. The previous tenants left the property in a pretty sad state. I live interstate and did not have the ability to organise trades to get the property to a saleable condition. Karen and her team, especially Chloe, were fantastic. They organised painters, carpet installers and a handyman to transform the property to an as new condition. We managed to get considerably more for the property than recent sales of similar units in the same complex. If it wasn't for Karen and her team this would never have happened.
