Well what can I say.... Ming walked in our house and knew exactly what to do. She provided us with a solid marketing strategy, we listened and followed her advise. The house went on-line around lunch time, by 3pm, Ming called us to say she had a buyer. The house was sold before the first open house at the right price we wanted and the buyers are very happy too. We have dealt with a lot of real estate agents before and Ming was the most professional, with excellent marketing skills and very courteous, with a smile all the time. She really takes the time to get to know you and your family, what you’re looking for in a home, and what cookies your teenage son likes to munch on at open homes! I have been impressed with her professionalism, her local knowledge, and her communication is second to none.
