I met Ian Shortell after dealing with 2 different agents to sell my townhouses. I found that my previous agents had not been honest and mostly cared only about their commisions. He has an expansive list of tradesmen that can help when required. In the end he was able to sell my 3 town homes in 3 months, in a very challenging market!
