I met Ian Shortell after dealing with 2 different agents to sell my townhouses. I found that my previous agents had not been honest and mostly cared only about their commisions. That's when I decided to switch to Ian. I couldn't be happier with his service. I found Ian to be very professional and really care about his clients. Not only is he a great communicator, but he is also a good negotiator. He always kept me up to date with open home feedbacks every week and was very pro active calling prospective buyers. Ian is also very resourceful and there seems to be no problem that can not be solved by him. Ian also assisted me greatly in finding the right home stylist (I ended up with much lower price than what my previous stylist charged me). He has an expansive list of tradesmen that can help when required. In the end he was able to sell my 3 town homes in 3 months, in a very challenging market!
