Awesome Property Manager
Sharna from LJH Yarrabilba looks after 3 properties for us and is just amazing. I am promptly updated on all matters I should be aware of including oversights on my behalf such as forgetting to send through water usage statements. Sharna has done an amazing job liaising with multiple parties to finalise a recent insurance claim and getting the property back online asap. And she genuinely cares for my tenants needs too, promptly organising repairs to minimise inconvenience. Sharna is readily contactable, easy to talk to and very professional. I feel very secure knowing my properties are in her more than capable hands. We can't thank Sharna enough.
