Professional, Helpful and Approchable
From the initial period of speaking to Wayne regarding the property of sale, Wayne was very helpful and accommodating with our requests and needs and knowledgable on all matters and questions asked. Wayne has made our stress in buying a property less painful by always taking our calls and advising us on what our next step would be. Nothing was too much trouble and Wayne has made our transition into our new property a happy experience.

The Best Real Estate Agent I’ve ever Worked With
I have bought and sold 5 homes over the years and dealt with many agents in the process. Some good and some not so good. The problem with the “not so good” agents, is that you only realise this once the sale process is well under way and it’s too late to change your mind. I was selling my family home after 24 years. I had reared my children there, had graduations and engagement parties, and made lasting friendships with my neighbours. I always felt safe in that house and I was closing the door on a very happy stage in my life. So, the process of moving on was, for me and my children, both exciting and sad in equal measure. One day, about 5 years ago, a young man named Wayne Cornell knocked on my door asking if I wanted to sell. At that time I did not, but I told myself that when the time came to move on, he was the person I wanted to assist me. Earlier this year, when I called Wayne, he popped in for coffee and a chat and listed my home for sale. A week later it sold. My gut instinct had been right. Professional service with knowledge and a smile
Wayne and Chloe were absolutely amazing in helping us sell and buy our new home. No question was too silly and they would always respond to any queries I had. Wayne and Chloe walked us through the whole process and guided us each step of the way. Their knowledge of the current market was outstanding and we received a detailed analysis report of our property the moment we met. Wayne and Chloe worked for us early morning to late at night even weekends. The work they put in behind the scenes was absolutely incredible. 10/10 service

Valuation Spot On
Wayne was spot on with his valuation. We were so impressed with his current market knowledge. He and his team were great to work with and we actually sold the house based on his valuation and we got the top of his estimate. No Pressure
We sold our house through Wayne almost unexpectedly. Wayne found a way to test the market and with minimal cost he listed it only on LJHooker’s website and held a open home. We got multiple offers and do not need to wait for the tenants to vacate or stage the property. With only one open home and no fuss we sold and could not be happier. We will add that we live on the other side of Australia and Wayne made everything easy for us despite us not being there.
