We sold our house through Wayne almost unexpectedly. Wayne found a way to test the market and with minimal cost he listed it only on LJHooker’s website and held a open home. We got multiple offers and do not need to wait for the tenants to vacate or stage the property. With only one open home and no fuss we sold and could not be happier.
