Wayne went above and beyond to get us the quick sale we needed as we had bought elsewhere interstate and had to get it sold without compromising on price. We had 60+ groups through the first open home alone with inspections prior, which lead to multiple offers due to his Marketing strategy. We sold well above listed price and within a week of being on the market with offers prior to it even being listed.
