We recently purchased a house from Jackson. We are very happy that Jackson was the agent that we were dealing with. In fact, He provided us all the facts and let us to make the decision without any push. Even after we purchased the house, he helped us check the house and make sure everything works properly before the settlement. We feel that he really cares about buyers and want to make sure that buyers are indeed happy in this journey. We definitely recommend him

Our sincere thanks to Jackson for his efficient promotional strategies in getting a great result prior to auction. He explained to us in detail what his marketing strategies were from day 1 and I was so impressed that I decided to go with him. During the campaign, he reported and analysed all the buyers’ feedback on time. During the open homes, everything was well set up by his team and we are very happy with the outcome. Thanks so much, Jackson.

Alex has a great understanding of the market in general, but importantly was right across every inch of the market our property was positioned in. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of his buyers and what our true competition was in a hot market. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile for sellers and buyers equally. Made the process very easy.

Peter and his team, including the stylist, electrician, painter, handyman worked overtime to make sure our unit was presented in the best possible manner in a really short time period. We took advantage of an early auction opportunity, and got a very good price.

My family and I would like to thank Peter and his team at LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills for their professionalism and expertise and thoughtful consideration with the Sale of our late Grandmothers home. They were amazing and delivered a result we never thought possible. Thank you so very much.

If you are looking for a property in Peter Florentzos's neighbourhood, you are lucky! Look no further. Living in a different state, it was extremely difficult to deal agent(s) remotely but Peter made the purchase process so easy and flawless.

Ms Shirley Chow from LJ HOOKER SUNNYBANK HILL, has done an excellent professional job in selling our two properties in Robertson. She has shown tremendous enthusiasm to help us to get the houses ready for the big day. To our surprise, both the houses were sold on the first week on open house. This is how professional she is. We are very glad that we have put our properties in her good hand and will certainly do it again if opportunities arise. Happy to work with her in every aspect. We wish her a great future in her sales of more houses to come her way and successful in all her dealings. We would like to take this opportunity also to thank her very capable assistant Ms Helen Zhang, who has been very patient with us, for all the procedures in the paper work (which is almost done by computer and we are not very good in the technology world). Thank you once again and all the best.

Peter and his entire team were very professional and had excellent knowledge about real estate in the area. Peter was very efficient, reliable, and kept us updated throughout the selling process. He was also very approachable and always returned our calls. Peter’s advice and recommendations during the selling process was spot on. The entire process from listing to the auction and the settlement was smooth & worry free. Our property was sold at the Auction. I can see why Peter is one of LJ Hooker’s top achievers with international recognition. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter, Ling and the team. Thank you. Shiran and Jackie.
