He has been able to provide us with appropriate advice and guidance in preparing our property for the sale. Jackson’s marketing plan for our property was well prepared and organized, and effectively implemented in a step-by-step approach. He has closely monitored the whole process of the open house strategy, and exercised due care and diligence to follow-up with potential buyers individually according to their responses manifested during the open house inspections. He has also been able to provide instant feedback after each open house, with a detailed analysis and assessment of the updated position regarding the sale of our property. We are indeed greatly impressed by Jackson’s diligence and dedication in handling the sale of our property. Great Agent
We have put our property in market for over two years with three different agencies; I would say LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills is the best real estate I have chose and Jackson is the best sales agent I have met; he has excellent marketing, negotiation and communication skills, effectively giving feedback and updating the information from buyers and made buyer to buy our townhouse from other townhouse; Though the saling price is below our expectation, we appreciate his hard effort in saling our property which greatly eased our financial burden. I would say if we choose him as first agent, we would have a much better sale price.I would strongly recommend him as real estate agent.

Great agent
We found Brendan very professional from day one. His presentation was excellent and informative. He kept us up to date throughout the entire process. He handled himself well when faced with a difficult family situation. However I must say his manager nearly cost Brendan the contract with his overbearing in your face aggressive attitude. If not for Brendans friendly professional approach we would have gone elsewhere.

Amazing Agent!
If you are considering selling your property, I wholeheartedly recommend you contact Jonas. He sold our property in Runcorn in a difficult market, for a price we were happy with. Because Jonas is so good with frequent communication, we knew exactly what was happening with the sale even though we live in NSW. Jonas was frank & honest, and gave level headed advice. He was great at ensuring that others involved with the property eg. on site managers, tenants & solicitors, were contacted so they were able to cooperate which ensured a smoother/faster sale. He is also a great negotiator, which I am sure got us the best price possible in a difficult market. I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, and Jonas is definitely the best.
