Above & beyond the call
Jackson was one of two agents we "interviewed" to sell our mum's home in Calamvale. We chose Jackson because he appeared sincere and very able to sell the house. He was very enthusiastic and had many tools to use to put the word out that we need to sell and as quickly as possible via different media options. At 89 it was very important that Mum was not unduly stressed out by the process or felt intimiated by the agent. Jackson commitment to the task was outstanding. True Professional that considers your wants and actually listens.
Ben was recommended to us by an agent who we were going to use but had moved out of our area. We are former Real Estate Agents ourselves so we are very picky who we choose. We interviewed 5 agents from the area (wow what a bunch of EGO's) who would say anything to get a listing!! NOT Ben. He was professional from the start. We told him we were former agents after the presentation so we got the real deal of who he was. Throughout the campaign he kept us informed, held weekly meetings and followed up with all the advertising. PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, PROMPT and most of all LISTENS! HE IS THE REAL DEAL. Fantastic and experienced
We met Jackson in an open house nearby and found him very easy and patient to talk with. And he understood our area very well. He kept us in the loop with everything so nothing was a surprise. Jackson answered every call, text very quickly and gave us the best suggestion and solution when we were selling out house. He had a good connection with potential buyers and even brought several before our house was put on the market officially, no wonder why he could sell it in only two weeks! And that helped us a lot financially. Great choice!
