Eugene was responsive, cheerfully helpful, easy to deal with and went out of his way to increase the chances of getting the best price. Including dealing with multiple tradespeople with the renovations and body corp requirements. He kept in contact throughout the process and was super quick to answer any queries. I was also kept informed of similar sales in the area. The property received a great result. Definitely recommend!
