LJ Hooker's Atherton's branch 'Ella's', management of my rental property, is quite simply one of the best I have had with the property for more 10 years across two of Australia's largest realtors, with the branch manager (Albi) also an outstanding representitive for the LJ Hooker brand. Thank You both for your Prompt, Advice, Support and Willingness (at all hours) around my properties management.

Ella has been a breeze to deal with and an absolute lifesaver, she was able to complete the full process for my requirements in half a day vs another agency that couldn't do it in 2 weeks with multiple people on it. She provided the most honest and upfront entry conditions report I've ever encountered, true integrity, Thank you for your help Ella and Albi, your leadership shows in your team, great work.

LJHOOKER were the only agents who got back to us with our application and Ella was amazing guiding us through. The lease sign-up was seamless. We highly recommend their team to any renter looking for a stress free tenancy.

He communicates clearly, handles everything promptly, and consistently to make sure the home is well looked after. Albi and his team professionalism, reliability, and genuine care have made the whole experience stress‑free. He found great tenants and kept everything running smoothly without me needing to worry. Melissa was instrumental in helping to solve the accommodation challenges of my family when we repatriated to Australia after losing our home in the Eaton fire in Los Angeles in Jan 2025 Melissa continues to provide this level of personal service as new challenges emerge at the end of our current lease.
