I had the opportunity to work with Melissa from LJ Hooker Atherton/Malanda regarding renting a property. My experience with Melissa was highly positive; she communicated effectively, and I felt both respected and heard throughout the process. Her assistance was invaluable and stood in stark contrast to my previous experiences with others. I wholeheartedly recommend Melissa for her professionalism and dedication. Thank you, Melissa, for your outstanding service.

The collective team work are knowledge and communicate well. At no time have I ever had to wait for an answer. Each staff member knew what each other was doing to attain our home, no hesitation or running off to see "where they were up to". Effortless. I will recommend them every time.

I have never rented before so don't have any comparison. They were very helpful and explained in detail. I'm still not sure on some aspects but know I can contact the office with any query I may have
