Our first experience with Mitch was when we required a valuation for probate, he was very easy to speak to and respectful of our situation after just losing our mother. We were going to list the property with him as I had known Mitch and his father when we were employed by the same company, both are honest done to earth people. Mitch found a buyer before the property was listed unfortunately we unable to proceed because we had to wait for probate, once this was granted the sale went through very smoothly, I would recommend Mitch and Staff at LJ Hooker Collie for their service and dedication and local knowledge. If Mitch changes to another Real Estate company and I require to list another property it will be listed with him.
