Matt and Melanie were excellent agents and helped us purchase our first home in Collie. As first home buyers we were quite naive to the types of inspections we should have due to the houses in the area being older. Melanie advised that we get some extra checks done to ensure we weren’t caught out with any major electrical work or other such things and turns out there was an issue raised with the electrical check. Melanie and Matt worked tirelessly to resolve the issue before our settlement deadline (literally 10 days before Christmas) and in the end we did not have to delay settlement and everything went smoothly on the day. Matt was friendly and so helpful when viewing the house and completely transparent the whole time. We were very happy with their service thanks Matt and Melanie!!

The combination of appealing features that our home offered, made it difficult to value. However with James's understanding of the market, he was able to provide a suitable selling strategy, together with a price range that was high enough to meet our expectations whilst not discouraging potential buyers. Our home sold quickly, and the whole process was managed in a professional, efficient and friendly manner, whilst keeping us promptly informed at every step. Milan Kokir also played a significant role throughout process, and was equally good to deal with, as was the LJ Hooker Bunbury office. I cannot fault the service provided, and highly recommend them.
