Brent came to my home to give me a sale appraisal in which he came prepared. He had already done research on my home from the previous time it was on the market and had already shown the pictures to a potential buyer, who was very interested. An hour later a had a verbal offer on the home and a written offer in 2 weeks when the buyer returned home from work.
