My wife and I found Mitch to be in a class all of his own. From start to finish everything was done with a smile and the communication never stopped. As I was based in the city all inspections were quoted on my behalf with me just picking who to choose. The understanding of our situation and somewhat strict time line over the Christmas and new year period he didn't falter. There were some minor issues with the home found on final inspection and he worked his magic to make all parties happy. After meeting with a few real estates about the sale of our home, Helen and the team at ljhooker stood out by far. They were prompt and communicated as a team. Helen had a tonne of knowledge on how to prepare the house for sale and was always on call if you had any questions. The home was on the market 3 weeks and sold 15k higher then other real estates suggested. Very impressed from start to finish with the experience. Definitely recommend Helen!
