From listing to settlement the whole process took less than 4 weeks so we could not be happier. Initially great reviews helped me choose Ned. The price for sale was explained and realistic. Their fees were very competative and the complete service through LJ Hooker from sale to conveyancing was also available and competative. Ned organising for minor issues to be rectified also very helpfull.
