My house, I think, was a difficult one to sell. It was a small unit that needs a bit of love, but at the perfect stage for someone to move in and make their stamp on it. A small solid home with a great layout, gorgeous garden, and perfect location. Despite the positives - it still took a while. Nevertheless Steve and his team were busy from day one to get it sold for me. He was busy with home opens, chasing potential clients, negotiations, and all so he could get the best deal for me - considering it was a small sell his effort remained so very high. He communicated very well each step of the way, was quick to jump on to things, replied back asap, and rode the highs and lows with me. We had a very frustrating time towards the end, and I even went overseas for 7 weeks during my recent settlement, yet he communicated every step of the way with me abroad. Steve was recommended to me through a friend, I will hands down have Steve as my agent in the future, and highly recommend others to employ him too.
