It must be a record time!
The initial phone call set the tone for the professional, personable, authentic, honest and outstanding experience I had in selling my home. Jon knew the area well and was able to provide a realistic price range for selling the home. His knowledge of what is currently happening in the market was spot on. Jon explained the whole process, all the costs invovled and there were no additional surprises. He was punctual, polite, communicated in a timely manner and was respectful of my home. Jon provided advice on how to best present my home to ensure any potential buyers were able to see it in the best light. Additionally Lauren has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She came with the photographer to take the photographs for seeking my home. Again she was incredibly polite, respectful and put me at easy. What can be a stressful experience has been made a pleasant and easy one. After the photographs were taken my home was officially on the market the next evening. The following day the first prospective buyer came through. An offer was made. Negotiations happened and contracts were signed and exchanged the next day. We didn’t get to the first open home before my home was sold. It must be a record for selling a home. Everything has gone smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I can’t thank the team for the amazing experience and great result. If you are looking for a real person who knows the market, has exceptional skills and ensures you are an active part of the process, you can’t go past Jon and Lauren. I am thrilled with the quality of service I have received.

Very professional and excellent work
I found dealing with Peter a pleasure. Very professional help full and there was very little for me to do. The price he got me was more than I expected and was more than happy with the way the deal went.
