Perry helped us complete the sale of our unit, within a very short time frame. He ensured that the process went smoothly and was always available if we had any questions/queries. I would highly recommend Perry personally, as an extremely trustworthy, genuine person and professionally, as an agent with a high degree of local knowledge.

I asked Mitch to get me a buyer for a price that I wanted with no marketing, fuss or public opens. Mitch was able to secure a buyer and sale for the price I wanted and the conditions that I set within the first week. It was a great experience and certainly would sell (& buy) with him again.

We have been looking to purchase a home in Robina and surrounding areas. We encountered Mitch on several occasions and found him to be informative and helpful with thorough knowledge of both premises and local area. Continued great service after we purchased our new home. Professional, relaxed and well presented. Would highly recommend.

Mitch was fantastic in every aspect of the whole selling process. He initially had a very personal and professional process to list the property, great knowledge of the market and made us feel very confident in our decision. From then he stuck to his word on the level of service his team provided so to make the whole process stress free and achieved a great result in the end. Being an interstate buyer, Tracy was great in accommodating a clear and seamless buy. Each step receiving clear comms and further, working to help set up for future use of property through contacts etc

Mitch is a good communicator, who provided helpful advice when marketing our home. It sold within a week, and Mitch's skills obviously contributed to that result. He has a good team around him, including excellent photographers.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lea Pettett!!! From the day I walked into the initial inspection to the property I have now purchased, Lea was friendly, genuine and professional. Lea has been on the ball 100% from beginning to end of this process and so prompt and punctual with communication. Thankyou Lea for making this experience exciting, smooth sailing and for being so approachable. I highly recommend Lea if you are looking for your perfect home :-)

Tracy left no stone unturned in achieving the best result possible for us, she treated us as though she were selling her own home. It comes as no surprise that Tracy achieved a great result selling our house in Reedy Creek, all while establishing a life long friendship!

When it comes to Mermaid / Miami, Perry is unrivalled. He has decades of experience and his market knowledge is extraordinary. Perry’s communication was frequent and his ability to work buyers for the best result was incredible. Perry suggested the auction process and sold my property 2 weeks into the campaign. Apart from anything else, Perry’s a top bloke. There’s no over the top sales-y nonsense. He’s trustworthy and that’s why if you’re looking for a sales agent, I would look no further.
