Stephen kept in contact to update me on progress and tried to assist my tenants to locate a new property. Stephen obtained an excellent result for me financially and ensured the advertising of my property looked and sounded fantastic - I nearly wanted to move in myself. Thank you Stephen for all your support and advise during the process.

Mitch had my property sold well in excess of asking price just 2 days after the first open home. I’d previously had it listed for 100 days elsewhere with no realistic offers presented. There was no stress, no messing around, just a fast and efficient sale. I cannot speak highly enough of Mitch, he is professional, genuine, and has earned his flawless reputation time and time again in Varsity Lakes. Cannot thank you enough for getting the job done Mitch. 🙌

We found Mitch very knowledgeable of the local market and provided us with full details on comparative recent sales and current properties for sale. Mitch and his team have excellent communications. From day one we felt that we had chosen the right agent. We were always kept up to date in regard to all inspections and feedback. Any concerns along the way were addressed with ease. We were very impressed with his marketing and he achieved a prompt successful sale for us the price discussed.

Stephen was the seller's agent on a property I purchased. He was very open and candid in his conversations with me and I believe this resulted in a win-win for myself and the seller. Stephen was also very responsive and helpful with recommnedations for building inspecton, helping me line up a carpenter to do some repairs, and getting the seller to cover some of the repairs as well.
