We recently purchased a property through LJ Hooker Rockhampton with all our dealings from start to finish were with Gavin Jenkins. Gavin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely professional while still being efficient and friendly. Nothing was ever a problem...he always returned ours calls and continually kept us updated with everything which was very helpful, especially when we don't live in Rockhampton. We highly recommend Gavin Jenkins and LJ Hooker are very lucky to have him.

I would like to thank Brit for her prompt, efficient and courteous service when selling our house. After 53 years at 1 Wiseman St, selling up was an ordeal for my wife and myself. Brit answered all our queries and concerns so patiently and professionally. Her attention to detail made the sale seem so effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and have already recommended Brit to others. Sincere appreciation Brit and thank you, LJ Hooker.

I have never met an agent so thorough, so diligent in keeping me up to date or so committed to making sure the property is as ready and well-presented as possible for settlement and the new tenants - Gavin’s attention to detail and way of keeping me apprised of all details and progress made me feel as though the property was in excellent hands - precisely what’s wanted as a remote owner. I could not recommend him highly enough.
