Brit was very quick in getting a offer at a lower then what the recommendation of the appraisal that was done only 2 weeks before putting the house on the market .The suggestion was to take the offer and we agreed to the price . There was a building and pest done with a couple of minor issues and the buyers asked for a reduction in price at which time brit rang me several times trying to get me to reduce the price . It would feel like Brit works for the buyers and not in the best interest of the seller to get the best possible price and to get a quick sale .
