Despite a difficult market Brit and her team (especially Beau) managed to successfully sell my unit in Gracemere. Providing frequent updates and feedback often, communication was always pleasant.

Dealing with Gavin was a pleasure with excellent communication. Gavin and his team will go above and beyond to find the answers to any questions, no matter how trivial. Professionalism at its finest. I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone looking to buy, sell, find an investment.

I cannot recommend Gavin highly enough. Communication & honestly is definitely his strong points. His passion is unwavering, even with the most ridiculous hurdles to cross. Two properties sold, and the third one now listed, I couldn't have asked for a better agent to represent me.

As an interstate purchaser, Gavin assisted every way possible, he was prompt in returning my calls, informed of my requirements and as in investment property, his agency was able to secure a tenant within days of settlement
