Want the best result - get the best agent.
Britt has delivered on what was her understanding and advice of the market to give us a great result. Britt and her team are incredibly professional providing accurate and timely communication across every step of our sale. The assistance provided in getting work done to ensure our sale proceeded as scheduled was evidence of her connections in the local area with tradies and gardeners. Highly recommended.

Never actually dealt with Brit barely got anything from beau. neither of them showed up to the pre settlement inspection the tenants didn’t even know we where coming has been a piss poor experience

Sold - but not quite in the time frame we were hoping - but it still sold :)
Brit Wheeler was very friendly and respectful. She was not pushy or dominating. She honoured her word of fees charged and corrected an administration error that has me signing a contract that charged more than the agreed upon figure. That alone is appreciated and respected. The Sale of property took a little longer than we would have liked but in the end it was sold and we are very pleased.
