Our experience buying a home with Sanjeev, Neil and their crew was a breeze. When we made an offer, they were quick to get back to me. They saw me late Saturday evening to close the deal. They were really helpful in getting the deal done. Thanks to their skills, genuine approach to "win-win" outcome, we landed our dream home in Marsden Park. Thanks Sanjeev and Neil!

I've been waiting for a while from 2 previous agents without success. Braedy & Kav was able to sell my property off-market in 1 week. He knows the market well. Caveat emptor with another agent who is only good in talking but no outcome.
Braedy Milledge
Braedy sold 2 of our investment properties in a straightforward and quick manner. His communication style was honest and direct to the point, which we liked, because he did not use the typical real estate jargons and pretentious knowledge of the market. He showed sound sales strategies without making empty promises. He sold both properties in no time at prices that exceeded our expectations. He and his team were prompt to update us with just about anything and were the utmost professionals!
