We were first time sellers, didnt know what we were doing but I have always considered myself to be a thorough project manager.. So I did what PMs do best, set out to talk go ebery man and his dog until we feel confident in whats required.. So I booked in consults with 6 local agents, asked as many questions as I could.. We were in no rush to decide on an agent and thought I could exploit the initial consult process to learn & set our expectations correctly & ready ourselvss to sell. Sanjeev & team rocked up as #5 of 6 agents we had scheduled. I was already exhausted & feeling bewildered since the 4 agents we met did not arrive prepared to win our contract, they were very casual & not very informative. Sanjeev arrived with a full presentation ready with local recent sale examples, printouts full of bullet pointed info that answered every question I had plus exposed me to many facts I hadn't considered. We played it cool with Sanjeev but after his team left we cancelled the #6 agent & decided to run with LJ Hooker, but waited a day to tell him! Their team were professional throughout the experience of selling, providing alot of guidance & helped with preparation for photography, open homes and really just made the process easy and smooth. They brought 2 offers to us from their local network before it even officially launched online! Its obvious I know but I really cant recommend enough just how happy we were with our choice of going with Sanjeev & his team! A+ Realtors!! Will use again next time!
