Having set Sanjeev a pretty descent challenge being to sell our home off market, within a very small time frame and for the price that we wanted, Sanjeev and the team did not even break a sweat. I met Sanjeev on a Monday afternoon. I really liked that he lived local and had strong results in Riverstone. Within two inspections, he achieved an off market sale for us at a great price. The buyer had a second inspection 7pm one evening. Even though they turned up 40 minutes late, and stayed for a long time, Sanjeev was patient and got the deal across the line.
