The use of technology to communicate with me and Sanjeev’s presentation of the property was done so well - including drone footage, taking marketing to the next level. Sanjeev was always happy to visit where I lived an hour away from Riverstone. Went through A to Z on the selling process and always answered all my questions. Tennant couldnt move out due to Covid lockdown but still Sanjeev kept me in touch for almost a year and hepled tennant to find a new rent. Sanjeev and Eshna were super polite and even though my English wasnt fluent they tried their best to explain things and communicate with me.
