My experience with L.J.Hooker Gold Coast and David Lonie has been since mid 2018 when I needed to move to a smaller home. I was reluctant to sell Fernleigh Court, as I had no idea if I would be able to settle in a new environment. My interview with Dave led to an advertisement to lease my home. On the day following one ad, the house was rented by the next lunchtime. This tenancy lasted for six years with no complaint from either tenant or agent. Any repair or attention needed by the tenant was quickly attended to by the agent. Having accepted that my 90th year was looming and that my days of living in Currumbin were over, I contacted Dave re ending the tenancy and selling. I was lucky enough to have a son living in Toowoomba and a daughter just 20 minutes away. These two gems worked with Dave in the decisions to repair and renovate resulting in the house being offered for sale last Monday evening. It was sold very satisfactorily by Friday morning. I could not have asked for my son and daughter to have been counselled through this process by anyone with more experience and integrity than David of L.J.Hooker Palm Beach. I owe him a great debt of gratitude.

Our experience with Leanne was very satisfying. Leanne and her team were punctual, professional in all of their dealings, very knowledgeable of the local market and industry. We basically sat back, and within a matter of a week or so, the property was sold, and we were very happy with the price and process. We did consider other local real estate agents, but we're so glad we chose Leanne. Had we gone with anyone else the process may have dragged out for weeks or even months, and we may not have been as happy with the final outcome.
